Posting a verdict and commenting

Each manual verification works the same way: Includdy performs an initial analysis, you decide.

#The proposed verdict

At the top of each verification, a verdict badge is already filled with Includdy's proposal, based on its automatic analysis of the page. As long as no one has made a decision, it displays To verify.

Open the badge and choose:

  • confirm Includdy's proposal,
  • or post your own verdict: compliant, non-compliant, or not applicable (the exact wording adapts to the question asked).

If you follow the proposal, Includdy indicates it ("You are confirming Includdy's verdict"). If you change it, it reminds you what it had proposed. It's always your verdict that counts.

#The AI's opinion

For verifications that require judging text (the relevance of a title, alt text for an image, or the label of a link or button), Includdy can give you a second opinion. The AI reads each element and indicates whether it is relevant or needs review, with a brief explanation. Other categories (lists, colors, required elements) do not have this opinion.

In any case, this opinion remains a suggestion: it is always your verdict that is recorded.

#Commenting

Each verification can have a discussion thread. The Comment on this verdict button opens a space where you and your team document your decisions and exchange. The discussion becomes available once the analysis is launched or a verdict is posted.
