Choosing a Reference Framework

When launching a snapshot, you choose a reference framework. It determines how your results are interpreted.

#Available Frameworks

  • All (with best practices) : the broadest view, chosen by default. It includes best practices in addition to official rules.
  • RGAA 4.1.2 : the French accessibility framework.
  • WCAG 2.2 Level AA (EAA 2025) : the level targeted by the European Accessibility Act.
  • WCAG 2.2 Level AAA : the most demanding level of WCAG.

#A Different Perspective, Not a Different Analysis

Important point: the reference framework changes how results are presented to you, not what is analyzed. Includdy always runs your pages through all rules; the framework then selects which ones are shown to you.

So simply choose the framework that matches your requirements: RGAA if you follow the French framework, WCAG AA level if you're aiming for EAA compliance, or the broadest view to not miss anything.
