Export to your tools

Once your tickets are generated, you can export them from Includdy to process them in your usual tool. The Export button opens the options.

#Export to file

Without connecting anything, you can download your tickets in the following formats:

  • CSV (for Excel, Google Sheets, Numbers);
  • JSON (all structured data).

#Export to a tracking tool

Includdy creates items directly in your tool, among six integrations:

  • Jira, Linear, GitHub, GitLab: tickets or issues,
  • Trello: cards,
  • Notion: pages.

Each integration displays its connection status (Connected or Not connected). Once the tool is connected, you choose the destination (the Jira project, the GitHub repository, the Trello board, the Notion database…), then you confirm: Includdy creates your tickets there.

#Connect a tool

The connection is made once, in Settings > Integrations, Ticketing tab. Next to your desired tool, click Connect: you are redirected to the tool to authorize Includdy, then returned to the application. You can disconnect at any time.

The connection is personal: each member connects their own account to export on their behalf. If a tool is already connected by a teammate, still connect your own account to be able to export.
