Import an External Audit

Do you already have an audit report done elsewhere? Includdy can transform it into tracked non-conformities in your project, without re-scanning the site.

#What the import does

You provide an existing audit report. Includdy extracts the non-conformities from it, identifies the relevant WCAG and RGAA rules, and adds them to your project in the form of a snapshot.

#Import a report

  1. In the left menu, open New then Import an Audit.
  2. Choose the destination project.
  3. Drop or select your file: PDF, XLSX, XLSM, ODS, PPT or PPTX, 32 MB maximum.
  4. Click Analyze the file.
  5. A message Analysis started confirms the submission. You are taken to the snapshot, which displays Report import in progress. You can leave the page: an email will notify you as soon as the results are ready.

#Important

  • An imported audit reflects the report you provided: it cannot be extended with new pages to scan, nor receive manual tests.
