Creating Tickets
The Fix tab of a non-compliance transforms the problem into a concrete remediation plan, broken down into tickets ready to assign to your team.
#Generate a ticket pack
Under the Remediation Plan heading, click Generate Tickets. Includdy creates a ticket pack: generation happens in the background and the result appears under the Ticket Pack Ready to Export heading. You can regenerate or delete it at any time.
#What a pack contains
A pack brings together a main ticket and subtasks distributed by role:
- The main ticket (Overview tab) presents the action plan, a description, expected and observed behavior, and a list of acceptance criteria to check off.
- Each subtask carries its priority, assignee, description, and its own acceptance criteria.
Good to know: a ticket does not include remediation code (Develop tab) or the test plan (Verify tab). It describes the work to be done; acceptance criteria form its verification framework.
#Find all your tickets
The View all tickets link (or the Tickets space in the menu) brings together all tickets generated for your projects. Each row indicates the ticket, its priority, any exports, and its creation date. You can expand a ticket to see its subtasks, open it, export it, or delete it.
To send your tickets to Jira, Linear, GitHub and others, see Export to Your Tools.
