On each web page, is each change of language indicated in the source code (except in special cases)?

8.8  Validity of language code

On each web page, is the language code of each change of language valid and relevant?

8.9  Tags and presentation

On each web page, tags must not be used solely for presentation purposes. Is this rule followed?

8.10  Reading order

On each web page, are changes of reading direction indicated?
