OTOS 13 FORMATION

Founded in 2011 in Marseille, the association OTOS 13 FORMATION trains staff at medico-social facilities and provides transcription and training in easy-to-read format.

Founded in 2011 in Marseille, OTOS 13 FORMATION has the status of an association. Qualiopi certified, the organization trains ESAT workers, employees of adapted businesses and medico-social professionals. Its approach is based on individual autonomy and expression of individual needs.

The offering includes training, skills assessments and accreditation of prior experience. With regard to accessibility, the organization provides transcription of text into easy-to-read and easy-to-understand format and delivers dedicated training. Its premises are accessible and the accessibility register is provided on request.

Training primarily takes place on-site, funded by the skills development plan or personal training account. The trainee is nominated by their ESAT, which gathers their requirements beforehand, with the support of a disability adviser. Training costs EUR 650 or EUR 725 per day for eight people, excluding travel.

The association collaborates with Unapei Alpes Provence, Sauvegarde 13 and Isatis. It also counts among its clients Ipsis and ADIHM, as well as ARREMME and COOPSOC.
