Based in Paris since 2016, the web design company numerik-ea creates websites and conducts compliance audits based on the RGAA (the French accessibility standard) or WCAG.
numerik-ea is a Paris-based web agency founded in 2016 with adapted company status. In 2023, it had 22 employees, of which 90 per cent were people with disabilities. It designs websites, manages content and runs newsletter and SMS campaigns.
For each assessment, the team examines a sample of pages. The compliance audit produces the accessibility statement, while the detailed audit lists anomalies and recommendations. The agency also handles PDF files and video transcriptions.
Verifications apply the RGAA and WCAG, whether on a fixed-price or time-and-materials basis. The detailed audit can be followed by acceptance testing and a re-audit, while in development the code is reviewed throughout the sprints. The auditors were trained by Temesis.
For its 2025 Corporate Social Responsibility roadmap, LVMH engaged the agency to reach WCAG 2.1 AA level on its websites. An assessment covered Houses across several sectors and countries before the implementation phase. Its clients also include the CNIL and Airbus.

Audit
The agency evaluates websites, intranets and applications according to the RGAA or WCAG frameworks, in the form of a compliance audit for the declaration or a detailed audit listing anomalies and recommendations. The service culminates in the delivery of a report and a results meeting.
Consulting and support
Following a detailed audit, the company organises acceptance testing with prioritisation and tests, then carries out a re-audit to verify corrections. It also intervenes from the design phase of a project onwards.
Accessible development
In creating or redesigning websites, the team reviews the code throughout the sprints according to the RGAA or WCAG. Final acceptance testing and drafting of the accessibility statement complete the development.
Inclusive design
Accessibility is built into graphical wireframes, whilst also analysing and augmenting user stories and specifications. Interventions can span the entire cycle, from visual identity through to launch.
Documents and PDF
PDF files are tagged in Acrobat Pro to ensure their playback by screen readers. numerik-ea also prepares text transcriptions for videos and integrates them into the website's back office.
