Established in 2018 in Paris, the web agency Opus designs bespoke sites and offers support towards RGAA accessibility from design through to development.
Opus is a company created in 2018 in Paris. Made up of around fifteen people, the agency designs bespoke WordPress sites from graphic design through to hosting and maintenance.
For accessibility work, the team partners with an external specialist to evaluate 15 representative pages of the site. The client receives a report of corrective recommendations, a compliance audit and an accessibility statement.
Verification is based on the RGAA, the French legal standard published by DINUM and grounded in the A and AA criteria of WCAG 2.1. Three tiered packages frame the work: standalone diagnosis, UX/UI design oversight, or full-project support including development and code review.
Belin Education engaged the agency for the Domino.education platform, commissioned by the ministry of national education, which exceeded 80% RGAA 4.1 conformance. The RGAA mention also features among the services listed for Framatome, alongside the Écouter Voir Foundation and ENGIE.

Audit
The audit is based on RGAA 4.1 and engages a partner to examine 15 pages selected with the client. The service includes a report of corrective recommendations, a compliance audit and an accessibility statement.
Consulting and support
Three support paths are offered: two consecutive audits, UX/UI oversight coupled with audits, or full-project support. Each option includes a final compliance audit.
Accessible development
In full support, Opus oversees the development phase and reviews code ahead of audit. The agency applied this technical work to Domino.education to achieve RGAA 4.1 conformance.
Inclusive design
Graphic and UX/UI design receive preparatory oversight before audits in two of the three packages. This design work was carried out on Domino.education to ensure RGAA conformance.
