Created in 2006 in Paris, Ipedis is a digital accessibility practice recognised as ESUS. It conducts RGAA and WCAG audits, trains teams, provides project support and adapts digital publications.
Founded in 2006 in Paris, Ipedis takes its name from "Internet for People with Disabilities". Recognised as a Social Utility Enterprise (ESUS), the practice also holds Qualiopi and Datadock certifications.
Interventions cover compliance audits, operational assistance to project teams and bringing documents to standard for PDF or web. Clients receive deliverables detailing technical gaps identified and correction priorities.
Consultants rely on the RGAA, WCAG and EN 301 549 standard, whilst also applying RAAM. The practice also helps organisations structure their governance through the development of multi-year roadmaps.

Audit
Ipedis measures the compliance rate of websites and web services against the RGAA and WCAG, then establishes the list of necessary corrections. This service was delivered for Air Liquide.
Training
The practice delivers in-person and e-learning training courses for different roles to upskill teams on accessibility. Société Générale notably used this programme to roll out its training plan.
Consulting and support
Specialists intervene in project delivery and project direction support to guide website redesigns, as with Bouygues Immobilier. Ipedis also contributes to drafting multi-year roadmaps, such as the work carried out for Orano.
Documents and PDF
The company applies the ISO 14289-1 standard and distributes resources to make PDFs accessible. Its PubliSpeak software solution also allows documents to be converted into responsive web publications compliant with WCAG and the RGAA.
