Emmanuel Pelletier works under the name manu.habite.la as a freelance web developer in Angers. Active on the web since 2010 and self-employed since 2021, he combines website creation with digital accessibility. He also teaches at MyDigitalSchool and gives talks at events such as Paris Web.

Audit
Website audit is carried out over several days according to RGAA and delivers a compliance rate, a comprehensive inventory of errors and corrective recommendations. The service also extends to examination of graphical mockups ahead of development, as was done for France Université Numérique.
Training
One-off sessions or regular check-ins are organised to build team competence. The goal is to enable them to manage accessibility independently as the website evolves and content is published.
Consulting and support
Support extends over time with teams, similar to missions for France Université Numérique, combining audits, documentation production and pull request reviews. This approach also applies to the Grist tool with the Interministerial Digital Directorate.
Accessible development
Accessibility issues are corrected directly in the code, functional choices or graphical design, using React, JavaScript or PHP. This work represented over 50 commits and the addition of automated tests to the Jitsi Meet platform.
