Founded in 1993 in Angers, the cooperative Boscop works in digital accessibility through RGAA audit, professional training and custom web tool development.
Based in Angers since 1993, Boscop is a cooperative where all sixty employees hold the full capital. The team designs custom software, offers hosting and addresses digital accessibility.
Active for over fifteen years, the firm contributed to RGAA 3 and won the INR Awards in 2021. Seven specialists handle site and application assessment and draft compliance statements. Qualiopi-certified, it also delivers training.
Assignments are based on RGAA, WCAG criteria, RAAM and EN 301 549 standard. All staff are trained in accessibility, with developers and project managers holding Opquast certification.
The cooperative works with institutions such as the City of Paris, ADEME and the National Library of France. For the Coevrons authority site redesign, it supported the Mentalworks agency.

Boscop carries out website audits and produces the compliance statement. Audit pricing ranges from 2,000 to 9,900 euros excluding tax depending on the package.
Training
The firm delivers role-specific training for developers, project managers, communications officers, auditors and community managers. Cost is 750 euros excluding tax per participant.
Consulting and support
Seven experts track each stage, from requirements specification through to multi-year accessibility strategy. For Mentalworks, this RGAA support included knowledge transfer to teams.
Accessible development
Boscop designs websites and business tools with accessibility built in, integrating eco-design, GDPR rules and web best practices. All developers hold Opquast certification.
Inclusive design
