Donut Panic is a UX advisory and training company founded in Paris in 2016 and based in Nantes since 2024. It works with organisations in Paris and the Nantes region.

Qualiopi certified and fundable through industry training schemes, courses take a maximum of twelve trainees. Immersion workshops directly expose teams to how visually impaired users interact with their services.

Training
A11Y Immersion lets teams watch visually impaired people navigating their own site. Qualiopi certified and capped at twelve participants, this session starts at EUR 149 excl. tax and delivers a DP × AVH certificate.
Inclusive design
Digital product design and redesign yield an overview, open-source mockups and a test protocol. Split into four sessions, Inclusive Lab is offered from EUR 1,400 excl. tax to establish a research protocol open to all profiles.
Consulting and support
Donut Panic provides product advisory to understand usage patterns, build solutions or conduct redesigns. After a brief scope definition, the agency provides an initial analysis and quote within 24 working hours.
