Founded in Paris in 2017, the Designers Éthiques association trains and guides product teams towards responsible digital design and accessibility (RGAA, the French accessibility standard, WCAG, RGESN).
Founded in 2017, Designers Éthiques is an association based in Paris, active throughout France with offices in Rennes, Nantes, Lyon and Brussels. Its structure brings together digital professionals around four themes: persuasive design, systemic design, ecodesign, and accessibility and inclusion.
Client organisations receive Qualiopi-certified training sessions and methodological advice for their web projects. The association also provides them with practical guides, including the Responsible Design Index combining accessibility and ecodesign.
The work is based on the RGAA (the French accessibility standard), WCAG and RGESN. Interventions focus on practical exercises and interface diagnostics, with tools produced in plain language for designers.
Organisations such as Caisse des Dépôts, Paris Musées or SNCF Connect and Tech use its services. It also counts Klee Group, Agence Lucie and COFEES among its clients.

Training, Consulting and support
Training
The association delivers two training modules to professional teams. The Accessible Design module covers the basics of creating web interfaces through practical exercises, while the Accessibility Approach conveys the methodology needed to evaluate a site and diagnose its areas for improvement.
Consulting and support
Three dedicated referrers respond to support requests from organisations. In parallel, the association provides open methodological resources, including the Accessible Design website and a guide on designing for visually impaired people based on real user feedback.
