WebDesign29
Brest, Bretagne
Based in Brest since 2007, WebDesign29 creates websites and web applications compliant with the RGAA, from initial audit through to technical remediation.
Founded in 2007 in Brest, 5 place de la Liberté, WebDesign29 has created more than 300 websites and applications in Finistère and across France. A single point of contact covers advisory services and development, as well as UX/UI and search engine optimisation.
An initial audit is offered with a response within 24 working hours. The client receives an assessment prioritising corrections by impact and effort required. The agency brings the site into compliance without altering the existing design, then delivers an accessibility statement.
The work is based on RGAA rules and the European Accessibility Act, in effect from 28 June 2025. Checks cover contrast, keyboard navigation, compatibility with assistive technologies and form clarity.
Its projects include the e-Repas platform for food trades and the À Vivre Magazine website. The agency's references include La Poste and Air Liquide, as well as Bose and Crozon Town Hall.
Accessibility services offered
Audit, Consulting and support, Accessible development, Inclusive design, Mobile apps
Audit
The assessment is based on the RGAA and the European Accessibility Act. The agency provides a prioritised report based on impact and correction effort, and offers an initial diagnosis free and with no obligation, based on the website URL.
Consulting and support
Following the audit, the organisation carries out the necessary technical changes and drafts the accessibility statement. Regular monitoring ensures compliance is maintained over time.
Accessible development
The team corrects identified issues, from visual contrast through to keyboard navigation. Technical adjustments address focus visibility and tab order, then incorporate ARIA tags, heading hierarchy and form labels.
Inclusive design
Work verifies contrast and ensures information is not conveyed by colour alone, particularly for users with colour blindness. These corrections respect the original visual appearance, supplemented if needed by comprehensive UX/UI design.
Mobile apps
Mobile usage is among the needs identified on the accessibility page. The agency designs applications for iOS and Android, without specifying an accessibility methodology specific to these mobile environments.
