Founded in 2008 in Nantes, the agency W-Seils designs digital platforms and carries out audits, training and support assignments in line with the RGAA and RAAM.
W-Seils is a Nantes-based web agency founded in 2008, holding the Numérique Responsable level 1 certification. Its nine-person team designs sites, intranets and extranets using TYPO3, Drupal and Symfony.
Certified AccessiWeb Expert in Evaluation in 2013 and a member of the AccessiWeb Working Group, the team trained with Access42 in 2022 and 2024. Clients receive audits, compliance statements and action plans. The agency also oversees external contractors and builds the skills of internal teams.
Assessments draw on the RGAA, RAAM and EN 301 549 for websites and mobile applications. An in-house monitoring tool tracks accessibility, security and performance over time.
Its clients include the City of Lorient, Nantes University Hospital and the Department of Oise, along with the Urban Community of Dunkerque and Gustave Eiffel University. For the Maison Départementale de l'Autonomie of Oise, W-Seils designed a site compliant with the RGAA.

Audit
The agency evaluates sites against the RGAA. It provides a report with recommendations and prepares the compliance statement.
Training
W-Seils trains webmasters so they can independently oversee accessibility, and guides editorial teams to maintain and improve accessibility levels as content is published.
Consulting and support
The service helps formalise a multi-year plan and action plan with clear priorities. W-Seils also provides project oversight support with third-party contractors, verifying that recommendations are applied, fixes are addressed and deliverables meet quality standards.
Accessible development
The agency develops sites compliant with the RGAA, often using TYPO3 as exemplified by work for the MDA of Oise. It then provides preventive, corrective and evolutionary maintenance of the platform.
Inclusive design
On the MDA of Oise site, the agency ran UX workshops, mapped user journeys and built an architecture centred on user needs. The layout uses consistent blocks to ensure clear readability.
Mobile apps
W-Seils audits mobile applications and digital services against RAAM and EN 301 549, then provides a report, recommendations and a compliance statement. For Voiles de Légende, it also developed a progressive web application designed for smartphones.
