Founded in 1900 in Paris, the association Unapei produces easy-to-read and easy-to-understand transcriptions through its Esats and has a Qualiopi-certified training organisation.

Created in 1900 in Paris, Unapei is a national association representing people with intellectual disabilities. Its movement brings together 900,000 relatives, supported people, volunteers and professionals across the country.

Its supported employment services transcribe information documents in easy-to-read and easy-to-understand format. The organisation offers training for teams in public service reception.

Its interventions take into account the RGAA and FALC. The teams draw on the S3A identification pictogram, the FALC Quality Mark and the Cap'Falc digital tool to assist transcription.

The association notably trains notaries, in partnership with the Higher Council of Notaries, as part of the Not'isme mission.

The organisation offers a catalogue structured around three themes, targeting both people with intellectual disabilities and professionals. It delivers modules designed for notaries, developed with the Higher Council of Notaries.

Easy-to-read (FALC)

The Esats in the network carry out the transcription of written materials into simplified language for external clients. The approach draws on the FALC Quality Mark and Cap'Falc, a digital tool designed to support writing.
