Based in La Rochelle since 2016, the Silaos agency audits and supports local authorities and tourism organisations towards RGAA (the French accessibility standard) compliance.

The accessibility audit is based on the 106 criteria of RGAA, whilst a separate eco-design audit applies RGESN. Assessments combine automated tools, manual reviews and navigation testing that simulates real-world usage.
The agency conducted the audit and ongoing support for the City of Angoulême, helping it achieve full compliance. It also assisted the Pont-Aven Museum with its eco-designed site, which offers a dark mode and enhanced contrast.

Consulting and support
Silaos helps internal teams and their web service provider integrate the corrections recommended in the audit. This approach notably guided RGAA compliance for the Pont-Aven Museum and the project of the Belle-Île-en-Mer Tourism Office towards the Excellence in Tourism label.
