Founded in 2003 in Lille and Qualiopi certified, Signes de sens designs accessible services, produces adapted documents and runs training.
Signes de sens is a Lille-based association founded in 2003, specialising in digital accessibility and Qualiopi certified. Its website claims 150 projects and innovations as well as 2,000 partners.
Its services cover service design, mediation and accessible document creation. The team meets with the client, drafts a 'Vision' document and then presents the bespoke solution to the staff. Deliverables take the form of specifications or activity scenarios.
The association applies its Clear Communication method, combining FALC and information hierarchy. Training starts at EUR 90 incl. tax. Since 2020, over one hundred professionals have been trained or raised awareness.
Its work covers culture and reading, education and health and social care, as well as business, public services and French sign language. It has worked with Centre Pompidou, Musée du Quai Branly and Centre des monuments nationaux, as well as Cultura, the city of Lille and the North's disability services.

Training
Held in person in Lille for twelve participants, the training day applies accessible communication principles to materials brought by trainees, who leave with a handbook, a checklist and a completion statement.
