LunaWeb
Rennes, Bretagne
Based in Rennes and Paris since 2004, LunaWeb audits, trains, designs and develops digital interfaces accessible in line with the RGAA.
Founded in 2004 in Rennes, LunaWeb is a web design and development agency also based in Paris. It takes charge of digital projects incorporating accessibility and eco-design.
Organisations receive detailed compliance assessments, adapted mockups and deployment-ready code. The agency also provides technical training for design teams.
The work draws on Opquast, the RGAA, the RGESN and WCAG standards. Designers and developers manage all work internally, from initial research to publication.
LunaWeb has notably audited the MAC VAL and created the platforms for Champs Libres and Anjou Tourism. Its clients include Brittany Region, Rennes Métropole and ESSCA, as well as Arkea, Matmut and ZooParc de Beauval.
Accessibility services offered
Audit, Training, Consulting and support, Accessible development, Inclusive design
Audit
The agency carries out RGAA audits in-house. These services include two full assessments of the 106 criteria for the MAC VAL and an audit of the Anjou Tourism portal.
Training
Lasting two to three days in-person or by videoconference, this training is aimed at developers, designers and web project leads. It covers the RGAA, accessible design and front-end code, includes a mini-audit to reproduce and comes with material of over 700 slides.
Consulting and support
LunaWeb deploys dedicated teams combining UX consultancy and project sponsorship support as needed. For the Champs Libres site, the firm guided the project from user research through to development, setting accessibility requirements from the outset.
Accessible development
The agency develops front-end interfaces compliant with the RGAA to ensure access regardless of hardware or disability. As an illustration, the Champs Libres platform was built with Sylius while incorporating this technical framework.
Inclusive design
The team designs UX and UI interfaces structured around RGAA criteria. During the Champs Libres redesign, accessibility was a guiding principle at every design phase, equally with eco-design principles.
Quote from the provider website
