Independent UX and UI designer based in Bordeaux, Kaduma integrates digital accessibility into interface design and ergonomic audits.
Kaduma is the independent activity of David Cadusseau, UX, UI and product designer based in Bordeaux. A freelancer for around twenty years, he has completed over 130 projects for SMEs, startups and major clients such as Cdiscount, BearingPoint, the French Government or Pichet.
Accessibility is integrated directly into his ergonomic audits and interface projects. Screen analysis targets insufficient contrast, poorly legible fonts or reduced spacing of elements.
Evaluations are based on recognised ergonomic criteria, such as those of Nielsen, Bastien and Scapin or Amélie Boucher. A rapid evaluation formula of three hours, charged at 500 euros excluding tax to SMEs and startups, results in a PDF report.
His work covers the redesign of the Elsie Santé professional platform and Whisperies, an animated story creation platform designed with typefaces adapted for dyslexic readers.

Audit
The ergonomic audit identifies contrast defects, readability problems and insufficient spacing based on Nielsen or Bastien and Scapin criteria. The final document provides recommendations illustrated with examples.
Inclusive design
Design work is based on prototyping, user testing and delivery of screen libraries or graphic components. On the Whisperies project, the interface incorporates typefaces adapted to dyslexia.
Consulting and support
Follow-up occurs from initial scoping through deployment, integrating issues of adoption and user retention. Quick audit services require no commitment for subsequent development phases.
