ephisense
Led by consultant Julie Manceau, ephisense carries out RGAA, RAWeb and RAPDF audits, delivers professional training and advises web development teams.
ephisense is a digital accessibility firm led by consultant Julie Manceau. A former project manager and product owner, she works regularly with the DINUM, publisher of RGAA 4.1.2 and its upcoming version 5.
The services are based on the RGAA, RAWeb and RAPDF standards. Engagements begin with a diagnosis focused on 25 priority criteria, followed by a complete conformance report organised by impact on users.
Interventions integrate directly into the technical day-to-day of teams, via their ticketing tools such as GitHub or Jira. Evaluations are conducted by a human, because artificial intelligence alone cannot produce an audit that is legally sound and entirely independent of the creators of the audited sites.
For skills development, the firm partners with Calissens PS to offer training funded by OPCOs.
Accessibility services offered
Audit, Training, Consulting and support
Audit
The engagement begins with examination of 25 priority RGAA criteria before the full audit conducted on the basis of RGAA 4.1, RAWeb or RAPDF. The deliverable details gaps by user impact, provides fixes by discipline and updates the accessibility statement.
Training
Two in-house modules are delivered with the Qualiopi-certified organisation Calissens PS, which gives access to OPCO funding. The catalogue includes a half-day awareness session for up to ten people and a three-day course focused on accessible development for up to eight people.
Consulting and support
Support combines role-specific workshops, code reviews integrated into sprints, oversight of the multi-year roadmap and upskilling of designers and developers. Templates for compliant components, such as carousels or menus, are also provided to ensure safe integration upstream.
