Créative Handicap

Founded in Nanterre in 2003, Créative Handicap offers organisations an annual membership to make their websites RGAA-compliant and issues a three-tier digital accessibility label.
Créative Handicap is an association created in 2003 in Nanterre; since 2004, it has pursued a mission of socioprofessional inclusion for people with disabilities. Its activities combine artistic mediation, art therapy and vocational training. It also offers workplace awareness workshops and an educational platform on affective and sexual education.
Partner organisations join the scheme through annual membership fees. This framework opens stepped support for their website, culminating in the award of a three-tier progressive label.
Services target RGAA compliance and European rules from June 2025. As a Qualiopi-certified organisation and CNCPH member, the structure brings together technical experts and learners in its analyses.
Membership fees fund the C.I.A.R.A. training programme, which prepares young people with disabilities for careers in digital creation.

Audit
Trained on specialist tools, C.I.A.R.A. programme students work alongside experts to evaluate members' digital services. Assessments aim at RGAA compliance.
Training
The organisation delivers the C.I.A.R.A. vocational programme, which trains young people with disabilities in web standards, audit tools and inclusive design. Awareness workshops are also available to companies.
Consulting and support
The association guides its members step-by-step through making their website accessible via an annual membership fee. An evolving digital accessibility label marks progress from one tier to the next.
