APF Formation is a non-profit organisation created in 1963 in Paris. With regional offices, it works throughout France with social care professionals, companies and local authorities. The organisation holds Qualiopi and DPC certifications, as well as INRS accreditation for PRAP 2S and PRAP Actor training.
On accessibility, the catalogue includes in-house training in easy-to-read French (FALC) open to all with no prior knowledge. Participants discover the rules of writing simplification and the legal framework. They work directly on their usual materials to adapt them.
The method involves reader-testers with disabilities who review comprehension of the texts produced. Freelance trainers run these sessions. In 2025, the organisation reports 10,253 participants, 16,671 hours and 89 per cent satisfaction. A questionnaire sent six weeks later assesses use of learning at work.
