Based in Strasbourg since 1992, the Adèle de Glaubitz association runs social care facilities in Alsace and offers a two-day training on writing in FALC.
The Adèle de Glaubitz association was founded in 1992 in Strasbourg to support vulnerable populations in Alsace. It runs a sheltered employment workshop and an adapted business with sites in Strasbourg, Colmar, Cernay, Andlau, Still and Oderen. Its teams work with people facing autism, dyslexia, sensory impairments and ageing.
In its Qualiopi-certified offering, the organisation provides training called 'Writing in easy-to-read French (FALC)'. This fourteen-hour course, charged at 707 € per person, brings together six to twelve participants to learn how to transcribe information according to European rules for text simplification.
The teaching is delivered by Marie-José Ribeiro, accessibility trainer and co-founder of the Accessi'Com branded agency, with a session scheduled in Strasbourg on 3 and 4 June 2027. Sessions rely on practical exercises and discussion. They prepare social care staff to produce materials suitable for the people they support and their families.
