Founded in Tours in 2007, web agency Addictic integrates RGAA into website design and trains teams in producing accessible content.
Addictic is a firm founded in Tours in 2007 with offices at the city airport. Six people combine development and UX with digital strategy, search ranking and web marketing. Qualiopi-certified, the agency has 350 clients and 500 published sites.
For each new design or redesign, the client receives an audit, tailored mockups and conforming development. The agency also provides the accessibility declaration and multi-year roadmap.
Interventions are based on RGAA, combined with eco-design on projects such as Arebaz and O3 Experts. The team verifies pages with keyboard, screen reader and simulators.

Audit
Evaluation begins by defining technical constraints, target audiences and desired level, in RGAA 4.x level AA or AAA, or by auditing an existing site. Technical and functional checks complete the process before going live.
Inclusive design
The agency creates readable interfaces with sufficient contrast and adaptable font size. Navigation works without a mouse with clear focus indicators.
Accessible development
Technical integration applies RGAA criteria through semantic code structure and accessible forms. Keyboard navigation and text alternatives for images are systematically built in.
Consulting and support
Follow-up spans from graphic design to final conformity checks. The team also supports the client in drafting its accessibility declaration and setting up its multi-year action plan.
Training
Training sessions teach teams to write accessible content, master their CMS editor and apply accessibility rules daily.
Documents and PDF
Support is provided for structuring content to follow recommended rules, including title hierarchy and table readability. This also applies to downloadable documents.
