Established in Lyon in 2002, the digital agency Acti incorporates RGAA and eco-design requirements into the design, development and redesign of websites.
Founded in Lyon in 2002 by two former Handicap International staff, Acti holds LUCIE 26000 certification. The agency builds websites, intranets and extranets, manages WordPress and Drupal maintenance, and has hosted its projects in a Green Data Centre in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes since 2012.
Its accessibility approach rests on four pillars: perception, use, understanding and compatibility with assistive technologies. Interventions combine accessibility with eco-design from the initial scoping phase or during technical redesign.
Evaluations are based on RGAA and WCAG, whilst eco-design follows the Opquast standard. Prior scoping determines the target level of accessibility based on regulatory obligations and target audiences.
For Vilmorin, its first accessible, eco-designed e-commerce site attracted over 200 members in the first month. The agency also maintains the Canson Infinity site designed in 2018. Its clients include CNR, EDF and Handicap International.

Audit

Consulting and support
Prior scoping establishes the target accessibility level with the client's teams. This methodological support applies during redesign or in an existing environment.
Accessible development
Development work structures HTML markup, heading hierarchy and text alternatives. The teams also limit complex animations and ensure interactive elements function properly.
Inclusive design
Visual design addresses colour choice, contrast, typography and information hierarchy to ensure readability. Work may also target specific block redesign.
